At Soflaw, we want your gardening essentials to arrive quickly and safely. Please review our shipping details below.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer two shipping options for orders within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: Free on all orders. Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days.
- Express Shipping: $15.00 flat rate. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as carrier delays or weather conditions.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via DHL Express and FedEx. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and selected carrier.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates or product prices. Soflaw has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
International delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated transit times will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use it to track your shipment through the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@soflaw.com.
Multiple Items
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. Each shipment will include its own tracking number.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Soflaw is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your domestic order has not arrived within 21 business days of shipment, or your international order within 30 business days, please contact us and we will investigate.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Soflaw is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
