Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase from Soflaw. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.


Return Eligibility

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • In its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included.
  • Free from customer-caused damage.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, assembled, installed, or altered.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Gift cards.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@soflaw.com with:

  1. Your order number.
  2. The item(s) you wish to return.
  3. The reason for the return.
  4. Photos of the item (if applicable).

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Soflaw is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved returns: A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
  • Denied returns: If the item does not meet our eligibility requirements, we will notify you and ship the item back at your expense.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at support@soflaw.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photos showing the damage or defect.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or card company.
  3. If you still have not received it, email us at support@soflaw.com.
